There are also extra fees for soft close doors and drawers. SWFL adds soft close at no additional charge. In fact we do not even offer the cheap Chinese product that is not soft close.

Lastly, most charge for removal of old closets. If you buy today Mrs. Smith, we will waive that $500.00 fee.
SWFL does not charge for removal, wall patching and if you leave us some color matched paint and a paint brush our Rembrandt painters will make your walls fit for the Metropolitan Museum of Art.

We do not wait for clients to walk in our door. Our business is earned by referral with limited advertising.

Some smaller companies or individual operators skirt the law and their prices are lower than everyone else. We at SWFL Closet Man, LLC adhere to both Federal law and state law and pay our mandated share of FICA, FUTA and carry all insurances as required by law.
We are not saying that we are the only company to run legitimately but it makes life a lot easier to follow the rules. If a price seems to be too low - there must be a reason!

The State of Florida does not require Sales Tax on the installation of permanent fixtures.
Some smaller companies charge you sales tax - this allows them an extra 7% bonus on your sale. Be careful that you never pay sales tax on this type of sale.

We do not use outside or independent contractors on our jobs. Everyone who works on your job is a W-2 LEGAL employee and is covered under Workman's Comp. Ask our competition for their insurance certificate before you hire them!
